- Job offer: If our expectations match your profile, you’ll receive an offer. Once you accept, you become part of the Bekum family. Then your onboarding begins!

FAQ Section
The main internship period is July and August, though in some cases we accept interns in September. If you need a different kind of internship (e.g. for school), we review this on a case-by-case basis depending on capacity. We want to make sure we have enough time for you during your stay.
You will support the department and cover for team members on holiday. The specific responsibilities are described in the job posting..
We follow the collective agreement for the metal industry. Standard working time is 38.5 hours per week. After 6 hours of work, you’re entitled to a 30-minute break.
If there’s a suitable open position, we welcome your application. If you’re interested in starting an apprenticeship after graduating, we’ll be happy to discuss that with you. And if you’re considering switching from school to a hands-on trade, we’ll support your next career step.
You’ll arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the agreed date and check in at reception. You’ll get an introduction to our company and a briefing on fire and work safety. Once all paperwork is done, your internship starts immediately.
