The SBLOW 5–15 is the ideal entry point into the Bekum SmartLine: a fully electric extrusion blow moulding machine for articles up to 10 litres, designed for household, personal care and cosmetic packaging. Thanks to its electric clamping unit, HiPEx extruder and digital BC 8.0 control, you benefit from up to 20% lower energy consumption, 10% material savings and a 30% reduction in machine investment – all in a compact design with high precision. EBLOW 208 – 408 | Compact Electric Blow Moulding Machines

The EBLOW 208–408 is Bekum's new generation of small blow moulding machines: fully electric, compact and designed for articles up to 5 litres. Featuring technology from the award-winning 8-Series, it is particularly well suited to consumer packaging, cosmetics and pharma applications, where precision and process reliability are essential. Thanks to its C-frame clamping unit, HiPEx extruder and digital BC 8.0 control, you achieve up to 20% greater energy efficiency – with tool-free mould changes in under 15 minutes. Available as single- or twin-station machine (EBLOW 208S/D, 308S/D, 408S/D).
EBLOW 508 – 708 | High-Output Blow Moulding Machines
Fully electric performance for containers up to 10 litres.
The EBLOW 508–708 is the high-performance extension of the Bekum product family for mid-size to large packaging solutions in industry, household and food applications. Fully electric and fitted with the HiPEx 36D extruder and digital BC 8.0 control, it uses up to 20% less energy with the highest precision and repeatability. Thanks to its multi-layer die heads, it is particularly well suited to containers with PCR content, barrier layers or stripe designs. Available as single- or twin-station machine (EBLOW 508S/D, 608S/D, 708S/D) for articles up to 10 litres.
EBLOW 808 – 1208 | Strong in Format, Precise in Performance
Twin-station blow moulding machine for containers up to 20 litres.
The EBLOW 808–1208 offers high-performance twin-station blow moulding for demanding packaging solutions up to 20 litres – from handle bottles to large-volume canisters and technical packaging. With its sturdy C-frame clamping unit, clamping forces up to 500 kN and the HiPEx-36D extruder, the machines achieve short dry cycle times of just 2.4–3.7 seconds. Thanks to the mechanical quick-clamping system and tool-free mould changes, set-up times are kept to a minimum. Available as twin-station machine (EBLOW 808D, 1008D, 1208D).
EBLOW 307 | Precision for Sensitive Contents
Blow moulding machine for pharma & medical in cleanroom quality.
The EBLOW 307 is Bekum's specialised blow moulding machine for pharmaceutical and medical primary packaging – developed for sterile blow moulding at the highest level. Built in stainless steel, with laminar airflow and fully documented production processes, it meets all GMP- and FDA-relevant requirements for the manufacture of bottles, ampoules and medical dosing containers. The BC 8.0 control offers audit trails, batch tracking and digital batch release for seamless quality assurance to pharmaceutical standards. Thanks to individually configurable hygiene levels – from optional air filtration to fully enclosed cleanroom cabins – the machine can be precisely tailored to your product and your regulatory requirements. Available as EBLOW 307D, 408S/D or 1008D for different article sizes and production volumes.

For the production of PET bottles and PET handle bottles, Bekum configures the proven EBLOW blow moulding machines (508 to 708) precisely to the demands of PET processing – with PET-optimised extrusion, an adapted die head and intelligent BC 8.0 control. The machines produce crystal-clear containers with consistent wall thickness and are designed for the safe use of PET recyclate, without compromising on quality or process stability. Whether crystal-clear cosmetic and food packaging or sturdy handle bottles for milk, juice and household cleaners: every machine is individually matched in extruder, screw, die head and control parameters – for a fully coordinated system rather than an off-the-shelf standard solution.
BM 704D | Proven Technology, Consistent Performance
Twin-station blow moulding machine for containers up to 12 litres.
The BM 704D is a proven hydraulic twin-station blow moulding machine with a durable three-platen clamping system – ideal for packaging solutions up to 12 litres with high cycle rates, for example in water bottle or canister production. Despite its classic design, the machine is equipped with a modern control system, clear process visualisation and digital process monitoring. A three-stage take-out unit (separating, gripping, placing) enables fully automatic, cycle-synchronous series production with reduced staffing requirements. With 2×2 mould cavities for 5-litre canisters with handle, the BM 704D delivers investment security, low operating costs and easy maintenance.

The EBLOW 38 is Bekum's compact blow moulding machine for canisters and containers up to 30 litres – ideal for chemical containers, motor oil canisters or cleaning product packaging. Despite its small footprint, it offers high mould versatility and well-matched performance for medium production volumes, and is available as a single- or twin-station machine (EBLOW 38S/D). Thanks to its modular design, it can be flexibly adapted to your requirements, from mono- to co-extrusion. Modern electric drives and the intuitive BC 8.0 control ensure stable processes, easy operation and lower energy consumption with high repeatability.
BA25 | Robust and Reliable for Heavy-Duty Tasks
Hydraulic single-station machine for hollow bodies up to 20 litres.
The BA 25 is a compact, hydraulic blow moulding machine from Bekum for extrusion blow moulding larger hollow bodies up to 20 litres – specially developed for demanding plastics such as polycarbonate. With temperature-controlled process management and controlled extrusion, it achieves cloud-free clarity and reproducible article quality, for example for 5-gallon water bottles at up to 160 pieces per hour, including scrap removal and article handling. Thanks to energy-efficient AC extruders, special screw geometry and modern proportional hydraulics, the BA 25 delivers high efficiency and a long service life. Besides water bottles, PE canisters up to 20 litres can also be produced – with only minor adjustments for maximum flexibility.

The BA 34.2 is a hydraulic blow moulding machine from Bekum for the economical production of large packaging in continuous industrial operation – reliable, durable and flexible to use. Optionally expandable with a cooling section for high-speed applications, the BA 34.2 also achieves short cycle times and high output rates even for demanding articles such as canisters, technical hollow bodies or special packaging. The robust machine architecture ensures high plant availability even in multi-shift operation and can be modularly adapted to individual production processes.

The XBLOW 50 and XBLOW 100 are large-volume blow moulding machines from Bekum for producing L-ring drums, canisters and technical hollow bodies up to 250 litres. The exclusive hybrid-electric clamping system enables mould thickness variations without mechanical conversions, ensuring maximum flexibility for changing formats. With an optional cooling and post-processing station, the efficient HiPEx-36D extruder generation and the intuitive BC 8.0 control, the XBLOW series is ideally suited to UN-approved industrial packaging as well as turnkey solutions including robotics and material handling.

The XBLOW 200 and XBLOW 300 are high-performance blow moulding machines from Bekum with clamping forces up to 3,000 kN for producing extremely large-volume industrial containers – from pallet containers to IBCs and custom tank systems. The patented hybrid clamping system enables short cycle times with high precision and flexible mould thickness adjustment directly via the HMI. With energy-efficient IE5 extruder motors, the BC 8.0 control and optional turnkey solutions including automation and UN approval, the XBLOW series is the ideal platform for large-volume production.

The BAR 10D is Bekum's specialist for demanding 3D blow moulded parts such as filler pipes, air ducts and complex-shaped line systems – particularly in the automotive sector. The modern 3D blow moulding concept enables precise, waste-free production with identical process conditions on both clamping units for maximum repeatability. Spiral mandrel heads with up to 7 layers reliably process EVOH and other functional layers – even at low throughput rates.

Bekum extrusion heads are developed by an experienced engineering team and precisely matched to the article, material and throughput using CFD simulations – whether as a mono-, tri-ex or co-extrusion head. The carefully engineered spiral mandrel distributor geometry ensures homogeneous material distribution around the entire article circumference, short colour-change times and even wall thickness distribution without weld lines or flow marks. High melt and temperature homogeneity ensure durable, reliable performance in continuous operation.

High-performance HiPEx extruders for new systems and retrofits.
As the extrusion centre of every blow moulding line, the extruder determines quality, output and energy consumption. Bekum develops and manufactures its own extruders – individually matched to the machine, material and process. The HiPEx 36D generation combines maximum throughput with up to 20% energy savings thanks to IE5 motors and a directly driven gearbox, and stands for homogeneity, durability and retrofit capability – for series machines as well as for custom-tailored special solutions.
