Bekum’s TriEx technology enables packaging solutions with a high share of recycled material while maintaining the required appearance and product quality. A grey PCR middle layer is efficiently enclosed by thin outer layers, allowing the use of recycled material without compromising color coverage.
Bekum’s spiral flow technology ensures extremely thin layers with precise circumferential wall thickness distribution and excellent bottle concentricity. In a proven application, this approach achieved an effective PCR content of 27% in a thin-walled canister
