The HYBLOW 407D and 607D bring Bekum's patented C-frame clamping unit to classic hydraulic blow molding (Hybrid Option) — the same clamping concept shared across the entire 07-series. Fully closed-loop hydraulic controls handle clamping, calibration and carriage movement, delivering symmetrical clamp force across the full mold area and consistent article welds, shot after shot. Both machines are built for demanding, round-the-clock production: thick-wall PP containers, multi-layer HDPE packaging, and PET and EPET applications, including handleware bottles.

Patented C-Frame Clamping Unit
Precise, low-friction linear guides move the mold platens for fully symmetrical clamp force distribution across the entire mold area, while maintaining high platen parallelism — the same clamping concept shared across Bekum's 07-series.
Full Clamp Force, Any Mold Thickness
Full clamping force is available independent of mold thickness, with no adjustment required. The calibration point stays exactly on the parting line after every cycle, for consistent, article welds.
Closed-Loop Hydraulic Precision
Fully regulated hydraulic axis drives for clamping, calibration and carriage movement (Hybrid Option) — backed by digital measuring and proportional control — deliver reproducible machine movements and short dry cycle times.
Hydraulic Neck Calibration
15 to 40 kN of calibration force produces precisely shaped article necks with clean, flash separation — built to hold tight tolerances shot after shot.
Fast Mold Changeover
Mold mounting points are compatible with earlier Bekum series, and an optional bottom calibration station keeps changeovers short — so more of the shift goes to production, not setup.

The HYBLOW 407D's high per-cavity clamp force, uniform force distribution and fast tonnage build-up make it especially well suited to high-IV EPET resins and handleware bottle production, including in-machine deflashing and oriented bottle discharge.
