Bekum America's Williamston facility primarily operates on a day-shift schedule, with specific hours varying by department and position.
Your schedule will depend on the role you are applying for. Certain positions may require overtime, flexible scheduling, or work outside of normal business hours based on customer, production, or business needs.
Any specific scheduling, overtime, or travel expectations will be discussed during the interview and hiring process, so you know what to expect before accepting a position.
Travel requirements vary significantly by position.
Some roles are primarily based at our Williamston facility, while others—including certain Field Service, Sales, Engineering, and customer-facing positions—may require domestic or international travel.
If travel is an essential part of the position, the expected amount and nature of travel will be clearly communicated during the hiring process.

The systems and tools you'll use depend on your position, but employees across Bekum work with a combination of business, engineering, manufacturing, communication, and HR technologies.
